All our packages are shipped in a brown or white box. The address will show TeamTailgateParty.com

 

We send orders worldwide Monday-Friday using Fed-Ex or USPS. We do ship to APOs and specific foreign addresses with USPS. We do our very best to inform our customers as soon as possible if your product is not in stock. Extra fees will likely be charged to any shipments beyond the continental USA, and our website may not reflect the right cost for shipping on checkout! We require signatures on orders over $200 or as requested by our customers. Flat rate shipping charges are only applicable to the contiguous United States. You are not eligible for the flat rate shipping option if shipping to the US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA. You're responsible for any DUTY fees which may be billed in your country should you send outside the US.

Return Policy


We do accept returns for store credit or refund. Please contact us, in case you have a problem using a product. We record the delivery of orders on your account and will not take returns after 5 business days. You're accountable for paying the shipping and insurance to get the item back to us should you need a return for virtually any reason that is not our fault. Quite rarely are any of our products returned. Yet, should you wish to return a product to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Don't just rely on e mail as the spam filters sometimes capture emails and is occasionally unreliable.

 

To return products please follow these guidelines:

 

Return or Refund:

  • Product must be in brand new, unused condition.
  • You have to contact us within 5 business days for return.
  • You supply us with a tracking number for proof of return and need to send the item back to us.
  • You have to complete the Product Return Form to request your RMA

If a mistake was made by us on original shipment, we'll pay for the return shipping and send out the correct product ASAP. Please contact us to initiate this kind of return.

 

Warranty Notice:

 

Please contact us for warranty and replacement problems. Each case is different and frequently the manufacture handles the replacement or guarantee on the item.
